Efficient Real-Time Product Definitions Management for Process-Oriented Industries 

LineWorks RM is an advanced Recipe Management System (RMS) designed specifically for process-oriented industries that require real-time product definitions (recipes) management in high-volume production environments. Due to the growing complexity of products and increased product variety, conventional RMS approaches are no longer sufficient. LineWorks RM overcomes these limitations by providing centralized management of all recipes and dynamically handling unforseen recipe changes efficiently, all while adhering to industry standards such as ISA88 and SEMI E5.

Centralized Recipe Management for Seamless Production

LineWorks RM centralizes the management and storage of machine (tool, equipment) setup data, parameters, data files, recipes, and other critical information, ensuring it is readily accessible to the production facility. RMS keeps those data well organized under a version control system and possesses mechanisms to guarantee that only product-released versions are available at runtime. 

Additionally, production context and traceability are maintained for each process step of recipes with the same high level of security, control, and IP (Intellectual Property) protection. This ensures seamless adaptation to evolving production demands without disrupting operations.
