LineWorks WIP

Key to a Reliable Production Logistic

LineWorks WIP is your solution to ensure, actively monitor and document the correct execution of orders (jobs) and the associated material flow throughout the entire manufacturing process. It offers different views adapted to target groups (managers, engineers, operators). In addition to local views of individual processes, LineWorks WIP offers the networked transport view of moving material. LineWorks WIP supports different degrees of compaction, starting with the total order (bird’s eye view) down to detailed process information.

Advantages

  • High flexibility in designing your workflow.
  • Interactive control of the manufacturing processes and material flows.
  • Complete documentation of all material movements.
  • Ensuring compliance requirements.
  • Handling of individually identifiable and unidentifiable units.
  • Connection to Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Maximum ROI through modular system with compact core components.
  • Best conditions for programs for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI, Kaizen).
  • Elimination of waste, e.g. downtime (Lean).
